Welcome to NeuroTera. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services related to AI integration for business processes. By accessing or using NeuroTera, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

NeuroTera provides consulting, implementation, and support services for integrating artificial intelligence into business processes. Our offerings include custom solution design, development, training, and ongoing assistance. All service engagements are defined in a separate statement of work.

2. Digital Information Products

We offer digital courses, guides, and other informational resources related to AI integration. These products are delivered online and grant you a limited, nonexclusive license for personal or internal business use only. Sharing or redistributing digital content is prohibited.

3. Physical Goods

NeuroTera may sell hardware kits or printed materials to support AI integration. Shipment times vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. Payment is due in full before the start of any service or digital product access. Physical goods must be paid before dispatch. We accept major payment methods through secure third-party processors.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you may request a refund up to seven days before the agreed start date. Refund requests received within this period will be processed within fifteen business days. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least seven days in advance and we will accommodate on the next available date.

Cancellations made less than seven days before service commencement are not eligible for a refund, as resources have been allocated and preliminary work may have begun.

5.2 Digital Information Products

Digital products are nonrefundable once access has been granted, due to their immediate availability and digital nature. If you experience technical issues accessing the product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem or grant alternative access.

5.3 Physical Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report the issue within ten days of receipt. Approved claims will qualify for a refund or replacement. To initiate a claim, submit details through our support form. Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification and can take up to twenty business days to process. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology provided by NeuroTera remain our exclusive property. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroTera and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, digital products, or goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Ottawa.
